What is BayView Employee Assistance Program?

BayView EAP is a counseling service provided as a benefit for employees and their eligible dependents who may be experiencing personal or work place problems. Everyone has problems from time to time. Usually, we work them out, but sometimes problems persist becoming serious enough to affect us both off and on the job. At such times, an EAP counselor may be able to help.

Who is eligible for EAP services?

Any employee of a company that has contracted with BayView EAP to provide confidential, professional counseling services for its employees and their families.

Why Does Your Employer Offer an EAP?

First, it is smart business. If you are doing well and day-to-day problems are not a distraction, you are more likely to be alert, motivated and concentrating on your job. Second, it costs more to hire and train a new employee than it does to help and keep a current employee. And, third, any company that has an EAP contract through BayView cares about their employees. It’s that simple.

* Emotional
* Stress
* Family
